Patricia Canton
Partner
Born in Brazil and schooled there and in Switzerland. Patricia earned a business degree from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) in São Paulo. Following the completion of her academic studies, Patricia held marketing positions with IBM and American Express in São Paulo.
When she moved to Atlanta, GA in the U.S. in 2003, she joined Trident Trust as a member of the Client Services Team. While at Trident Trust she has worked with many of the leading local professionals and institutions throughout Brazil, U.S., Europe and Canada. Trident Trust provided her with a great foundation and exposed her to the techniques of succession and tax planning structures developed by referenced professionals in world renown jurisdictions. Patricia spent 16 years at Trident Trust and left the Group as the leader of a successful and prepared Brazil Marketing Team.
In 2019, Patricia joined Fidgen, an independent provider focused on tailored solutions to the Brazilian client base. During this year she has worked with acclaimed professionals in assisting clients with cross-border transactions involving multi-jurisdictions.
In June 2020, joined forces with Adriana Macedo and became a Managing Partner at Assure International.
Patricia speaks fluent English, Portuguese, and French and is a full STEP Member.
